- Call for Presentations, Stem Cell Bioinformatics, Dresden 2010 -

For the third time, a Bioinformatics Satellite Workshop will take place after the German meeting on Stem cells, this time in Dresden on July 15, 2010, just after the main event, the '3rd International Congress on Stem Cell and Tissue formation'. It will take place at the BioTec, Tatzberg 47-51, 01307 Dresden, Website: http://project.informatik.uni-osnabrueck.de/stemcell-bioinformatics .
Invited speakers are Mike West, Embryome Sciences; Andreas Beyer, TU Dresden; Joaquin Dopazo, CIPF, Valencia; James Adjaye, MPI Berlin.

You are invited to submit an abstract for a talk describing your work. The deadline for submission is June 5, 2010. Please send your abstract and/or questions to stemcell-bioinformatics 'at' informatik.uni-osnabrueck.de, and expect a response (whether your abstract has been accepted) by June 15, 2010.
If you need a decision earlier than June 15, please submit your abstract as soon as possible and let us know, and we will try to consider your request.

Presentations by experimentalists describing their data & their open questions regarding data analysis are very welcome.

The length of the abstract should not exceed 300 words.

Presenters of accepted abstracts will be given a 20-minute time slot (plus 5 minutes for questions) in the workshop schedule.
A poster session is planned if the slots for oral presentations are oversubscribed. Accepted abstracts will be published on the Website.
